Alex Jutca

Alex Jutca is the Director of the Office of Analytics, Technology and Planning at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services. He oversees data analysis and research, software development, strategic planning, and new program incubation. Previously, he built a data science team at Amazon, served as an Associate Director at Social Finance, a Boston-based non-profit dedicated to scaling high-quality, evidence-based service providers, and worked for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C.
