Itaú Educação e Trabalho (IET) is a division of the Fundação Itaú para Educação e Cultura, dedicated to promoting equitable opportunities for Brazilian youth through the integration of education and the labor market. Established in 2019, IET focuses on expanding access to quality vocational education and facilitating the dignified inclusion of young people into the workforce. Operating across three main areas—expanding enrollment in vocational education, enhancing the quality of educational offerings, and supporting youth employment—IET collaborates with civil society organizations and public institutions to develop and implement policies that align education with the evolving demands of the labor market. This approach aims to prepare students for a dynamic world of work and to encourage lifelong learning.
