Vanessa Mininger

Vanessa Mininger is the Governance and Community Support Manager for the Merced County Office of Education’s Early Education Department. She began her career as a preschool teacher and has both classroom and systems-level experience. She serves as Secretary of the California Child Care Coordinators Association and is dedicated to strengthening the early learning and care landscape for children, families, and educators in Merced County and across California.

Fellowship Project: Leveraging data to drive approaches to increase access to childcare, particularly in underserved rural communities, and evaluating the effectiveness of pilot programs.
