Racial equality motivation: The U.S. is becoming increasingly diverse, yet racial segregation and inequality are on the rise. If future generations are to live in an equitable society, we must identify ways to motivate people, especially children, to think, feel, and behave in ways that promote racial equality. Our lab seeks to accomplish just that.
