Sania Ashraf

EPIDEMIOLOGIST

Sania Ashraf is an epidemiologist and behavior change specialist with extensive experience designing and evaluating public health and environmental interventions in low-resource settings. Her work integrates social norms theory, mixed methods, and implementation science to drive sustainable behavior change for improved health and climate outcomes. As a consultant with the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, she leads the development and testing of interventions to enhance worker well-being in brick kilns in Bangladesh.
