Sadie Richardson

Improving educational equity: Educational policies and practices at a system-wide level have the power to remediate or reinforce inequality. Sadie will work with a team of researchers from the Educational Opportunity Project in partnership with the New York State Education Department to determine the ways in which past and current education policies impact equity in its school systems and design policies to improve equity outcomes from kindergarten through high school.
