Pauline Mollard

PROGRAM DIRECTOR, REDES SOCIALES PARA EL DESAROLLO (REDDES)

Pauline Mollard has been the Program Director of the H-2 Recruitment Program at REDDES since April 2018. In this role, she oversees Mexican and Central American workers' recruitment and visa application process. She coordinates with stakeholders such as WAFLA, the U.S. Consulate, CBP, and transportation companies.

Before joining REDDES, she worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) at the regional office of Central America in Costa Rica and at La Casa de los Amigos, a community center for migrants in Mexico City.
