Mia Malcolm

Mia Malcolm is an Executive Council Family Partner on the Family Centered Care Taskforce and the Program Cares Manager and Community Outreach at the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation. Her experience as a NICU mom, paired with her expertise in the EDIB (equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging) space positions her as an advisor and advocate. She is the co-author of journal articles Racism and Quality of Neonatal Intensive Care: Voices of Black Mothers and Racism as a Preventable Harm.
