Malissa Alinor

Malissa Alinor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As a 2021-2023 Stanford Impact Labs Postdoctoral Fellow, Melissa worked with Stanford's VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab. Her project explored racial and gender bias in the workplace, focusing on how organizations can reduce the harm of competency-related microaggressions and foster more inclusive environments for vulnerable employees.
