Racial and gender bias in the workplace: Women and racial minorities (e.g., Black and Latinx) are susceptible to experiencing competency microaggressions in the workplace that may limit their success within organizations. This project aims to identify how organizations can minimize the harm of competency microaggressions to vulnerable employees and create more inclusive workplaces.
