Higher education to lessen wealth inequality: Globalization and technological change have generated enormous wealth for some, stagnating income for many, and outright losses for the least fortunate. This project will work to deliver, through scientifically designed higher education programs, better and more equal economic outcomes for Americans living in technology and globalization impacted areas.
