Jenny Kauffman
PROGRAM MANAGER, PARTNERSHIPS
Jenny Kauffman is the Partnerships Program Manager at Stanford Impact Labs. She supports Stanford faculty and staff to build and strengthen equity-centered partnerships to create impact at scale.
Jenny brings over a decade of experience in policy development, strategic partnerships, and program implementation across diverse sectors. She has spent the majority of her career in local government, where she worked on housing and economic development initiatives at municipalities and county-collaboratives.
She has led multiple partnership-based programs, such as aligning efforts across nine counties to redesign an energy efficiency rebate program to meet new California state equity policies. She is also dedicated to building more opportunities for community voice in decision-making and has experience overseeing community advisory boards and hosting public stakeholder forums to inform public policy.
Jenny is motivated by learning, building connections, and turning abstract ideas into implementable solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys fostering community impact through service with organizations like Mount Tamalpais College and Refugee & Immigrant Transitions. She lives in Oakland with her partner and two cats.
