Jenny Kauffman

Jenny Kauffman is the former partnerships program manager at Stanford Impact Labs. She supported Stanford faculty and staff to build and strengthen partnerships to create impact at scale.

Jenny brings over a decade of experience in policy development, strategic partnerships, and program implementation across diverse sectors to her role. She has spent the majority of her career in local government, where she worked on housing and economic development initiatives at municipalities and county-collaboratives. 

She has led multiple partnership-based programs, such as aligning efforts across nine counties to redesign an energy efficiency rebate program to meet new California state equity policies. She is dedicated to building more opportunities for community voice in decision-making and has experience overseeing community advisory boards and hosting public stakeholder forums to inform public policy.
