Hattie Tate

Hattie Tate is the program coordinator at the Juvenile Justice Center for Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) and Oakland Unite and a former teacher and principal who contributed to the development of Lifting the Bar and its initial evaluation. Ms. Tate is a board member of the California Association of Urban School Administrators, a group that implements, defends, and negotiates the principal school contracts across the state.
