Andy Carter

Andy Carter is an Administrative Analyst for the Tuolumne County Transportation Council and Tuolumne County Transit Agency. He works with local government and community organizations to ensure that projects and funds are successfully managed within the county. He previously served as the deputy director of administration for a health and human services agency and oversaw a team responsible for housing, transportation, facilities, and maintenance. 

Fellowship Project: Building the systems and processes for transportation data transparency, to inform decision-making, improve service delivery, and strengthen public trust.
