Adam leads IPL’s global research and innovation agenda, providing strategic vision, research management, and policy engagement for the lab. He also designs and guides the experiential training that the lab provides for postdocs and graduate students at Stanford. Lichtenheld has a background in migration policy, conflict, and evidence-based interventions. His work with various humanitarian organizations, including Mercy Corps and the World Bank, ensures that his research is closely aligned with real-world challenges faced by displaced populations.
