Adam Gufarotti

Fellowship Project: Understanding the impact and relative effectiveness of current homelessness services in the city. Combining that understanding with an analysis of best practice for homelessness services will allow staff to recommend future approaches to homelessness reduction in the City of Lake Elsinore.

 

About Adam: Adam Gufarotti began his career in public service with the City of Laguna Beach, where he spent over twenty years working in Parks and Recreation and Public Works. Transitioning to the City of Lake Elsinore in 2023, Adam assumed the position of Community Support Manager. In this capacity, Adam leads efforts in homelessness, environmental initiatives, communications, and intergovernmental relations.
