Vivek Kumar Singh

Vivek Kumar Singh is a public health research management professional with over 25 years of experience in social research, particularly in maternal and child health. He has managed numerous projects across India, with a focus on Uttar Pradesh since 1998. He currently serves as Director of Research Operations at Community Empowerment Labs (CEL), where he has led several large-scale randomized control trials and observational studies. His focus includes project execution, study design, health and demographic surveillance systems, project management, and behavior change. He is responsible for the establishment, operationalization, training, and follow-up for the facility-based KMC model scale-up across Uttar Pradesh.
