Rebecca Sutherland is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher who has built a career working in public education at both the state (Massachusetts) and local district (Denver Public Schools) level, alongside stints at national education nonprofits that partner directly with districts and schools.
She served as Director of Assessment at Reading Partners from 2014 to 2017 where she led the measurement of student learning needs and growth. Rebecca holds a doctorate of education in human development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a master’s degree in educational psychology from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Education.
