Improving employee well-being: Many employees feel emotionally disengaged at work, and disconnected from long-term career goals. This summer, Priscilla will work with a global top-ten steel production company to design and test solutions to help employees positively engage and reconnect with their goals, developing a scalable model for enhancing employee well-being across diverse organizational settings.
