Pramod Kumar Singh

Pramod Kumar Singh is a public health professional with over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing health research studies and interventions aimed at improving maternal, neonatal, and child health. Currently, he serves as Director of Program Impact and Community Partnership at Community Empowerment Lab (CEL) where he specializes in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment.  He is deeply engaged in the scale-up of the KMC effort co-led by CEL across the state of Uttar Pradesh and is also a co-Investigator of the iKMC Implementation Research (supported by WHO) – a trial poised to yield a scalable facility-based model for uptake of immediate KMC for vulnerable newborns.
