Paulina Paras

Paulina Paras is Stanford '24 MBA focused on improving access and support for adults with disabilities, stemming from her personal experience growing up with a sister with developmental disabilities. Prior to Stanford GSB, Paulina worked at Bain & Co. where she founded the now-global disability affinity group, and has also worked as an operator at two disability-focused startups.
