Marina Kaneko

PROGRAM MANAGER, SCALING AND POLICY

Marina Kaneko is the Scaling & Policy Program Manager at Stanford Impact Labs. She is responsible for helping our grantees and partners scale up evidence-based solutions by developing, testing, and implementing scaling strategies.

She previously worked at Spring Impact, a nonprofit consultancy, as a researcher and strategic advisor to nonprofits and funders on their journey to scale social impact. Marina has advised over two dozen teams in ten countries, working across sectors including reproductive health, human rights, and early childhood development. Before joining the SIL team, she worked in the public sector as a project manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Marina has helped launch two ~$10M grant programs: a public sector initiative expanding primary health care in New York City, and a global learning community supporting home-based child care.

Marina has a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Sociology and Global Health Policy. Outside of work, you can find her biking around the Bay Area and collecting fabric for future sewing projects.
