Improving local government capacity: The new Zambian Constituency Development Fund decentralizes government spending to improve public infrastructure. Andrés will work with the Government of Zambia and local development partners to design a program to improve the capacity of local governments to manage these resources in order to make the Fund’s impact more inclusive and sustainable.
