Wafla is a membership organization made up of family farms located throughout the Pacific Northwest. Wafla member farms create opportunities for farmworkers to lift themselves out of poverty by earning 5 to 13 times more per day than doing the same job in their home country. Wafla facilitates a legal, stable, and reliable supply of farmworkers for member farms through the H-2A guest worker program and other work visas.
