Inequality in high-tech organizations: Inequality research on the high-tech industry often focuses on either gender or racial disparities; Tiffany's research fills a research gap in the literature and investigates how subjects with multiple intersecting identities navigate a white, male-dominated field. In particular, Tiffany is focused on white-adjacent groups who may be particularly vulnerable to exploitation as "honorary whites" and used to uphold high-tech's white racial project. 

Tiffany Chow joins Stanford as a postdoctoral fellow from 2023-2025.
