Equity in water and hydrology: Riley is an engineer and hydrologist with over 15 years of experience in the public-facing water resources sector. His research is focused on the intersection of climate change and drinking water access, namely how access to drinking water availability may change as climate change worsens. Currently, his work focuses on identifying funding mechanisms for drinking water utilities that provide affordable drinking water to underserved communities while ensuring utilities obtain the revenues required to maintain reliable water distribution.
