Rebecca Bernal

Rebecca Bernal began her career in local government as an intern with the City of Shafter, California gaining hands-on experience in building, planning, and public works. She now works as the City’s Community Services Supervisor overseeing the Shafter Library & Learning Center. She is the former Program Manager for the Central Valley GEAR UP program, which guides students toward postsecondary goals.
