Improving university technology transfer: Too few faculty inventions are disclosed to university technology transfer offices, resulting in missed opportunities for high-impact, university-based discoveries to be commercialized. Kate will partner with the Texas Higher Education Commission to determine best practices for and test programs to improve university technology transfer in higher education institutions across the state.
