Karen Decker

Karen Decker is the Economic and Community Vitality Manager for the City of Half Moon Bay, California. In her role, she spearheads the Coastside Recovery Initiative, an economic recovery plan funded by local, state, and philanthropic sources. The initiative has led to the development of new educational facilities, downtown improvements, and a tech-focused business incubator in Half Moon Bay.
