Jochen Profit, Wendy J. Tomlin-Hess Professor of Pediatrics (Neonatology), will work with the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center to support evaluation of a comprehensive home follow-up program designed to support underrepresented minority families in their transition from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) back to the community.
