Jett Hayward

Jett Hayward is the chief of staff at Stanford Impact Labs. She supports Stanford Impact Labs' overall operations and project management, working in close proximity to the executive director.

Jett previously spent two years working for CommunityConnect Labs, a nonprofit based in Redwood City, leading project management for communications campaigns for government and nonprofits.

She graduated from Stanford in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in international relations, having focused her studies on human rights, war, and conflict in Africa. At Stanford, she started playing rugby, which continues to be central to her post-college community and dedication to fitness. Jett was born and raised in the Bay Area but is always looking for opportunities to travel and experience new people and places.
