Daiva Siliunas

Daiva Siliunas is the chief of staff for Stanford Impact Labs. In this role, Daiva works alongside SIL's co-leadership team to plan and execute key initiatives. She also supports cross-functional planning, decision-making, and operational improvement.

Prior to joining Stanford Impact Labs, Daiva was the Director of Business Administration at New Meridian Corporation, where she focused on improving operational efficiency and leading strategic organizational initiatives. Previously, she held managerial roles at Chicago Public Schools, specializing in K-12 student assessment practices. Daiva began her career as a teacher in Chicago and New York City.

Daiva holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College and a Master's degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she can be found hiking, running, gardening, or listening to endless podcasts.
