Christy Ann Lau

Christy Ann Lau, MSSW is the Senior Director of Partners in Care Foundation’s Community Wellness Department. She currently directs all grant activities related to the organization’s statewide Fall Prevention and Chronic Disease Self-Management Education initiatives funded by the Administration for Community Living, as well as partnerships with the Beverly Hills Fire Department and Blue Marble Health to decrease falls among older adults by engaging them in community programs.
