Alexis Costales

Alexis Costales serves as Housing and Grants Manager with the City of Tulare’s Community Development Department. Alexis has facilitated programs and projects in the areas of affordable housing development, homelessness remediation, and public infrastructure improvement. 

Fellowship Project: Designing policy approaches that stimulate multifamily housing development for moderate to low-income households, in service of the City’s Housing Element implementation.
