Morgan Kowalski

Morgan Kowalski is a former NICU parent of a 25-weeker and Family Partner at Golisano Children's Hospital NICU at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) with a focus on Quality Improvement. She has served in the Family Connection Program at URMC since 2020 and has contributed to GCH NICU’s Small Baby Program since its creation in 2021. Morgan is a Vermont Oxford Network Family Partner and she serves on the Family Partner Executive Council, and is Program Manager for the Family-Centered Care Taskforce.
