Improving healthcare in prisons
Incarcerated populations face a disproportionately high burden of Hepatitis C (HCV). Zongbo will collaborate with California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) to evaluate HCV care programs, from testing and treatment to substance use disorder interventions, to identify the most effective strategies to reduce HCV transmission and improve health outcomes in California's prison system.
