Todd Seto

Todd Seto is a practicing cardiologist and senior physician leader at the Queen's Health Systems. As Director of Academic Affairs and Research, he oversees the academic mission of Queen’s, including residency and graduate medical education programs, research development, and scholarly activity across the system. He provides executive oversight of residency training programs, faculty development, and research infrastructure. Previously, Dr. Seto led quality improvement efforts at Queen’s for nearly two decades, first as Medical Director of the Center for Best Healthcare Practices and then as Founder and Director of the Center for Outcomes Research & Evaluation.
