Shirley Yan is the Associate Director of Learning and Evaluation at Noora Health, where she leads and supports country teams to learn, improve, and evaluate the Care Companion Program. With experience working in social behavior change projects in South Asia and the United States, she leverages health theories and design to develop desired services and programs. Previously, she worked on social behavior change research projects, from improving malaria care seeking behaviors among gold miners in Guyana to understanding gender among Indian adolescents.
