Dr. Seema Murthy is the executive country director at Noora Health, where she leads national strategy, public sector partnerships, and large-scale implementation of the Care Companion Program (CCP) in India. With over two decades of experience in public health, research, and program leadership, she has worked across academic institutions, non-profits, and health tech organizations.
Prior to her current role, Dr. Murthy served as research director at Noora Health, leading the design, evaluation, and scale-up strategy for CCP, and publishing widely on caregiver education and neonatal outcomes. She has held faculty and research positions at the Public Health Foundation of India and the Centre for Chronic Disease Control.
