Muhammad Saidur Rahman is the founder and director of the Bangladesh Disaster Preparedness Centre. He previously served in leadership roles with Oxfam UK in Bangladesh and Somalia, the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, and the Cyclone Preparedness Programme.
