Morgan Kowalski is the NICU parent of a 25-weeker and Director of Operations of the Family-Centered Care Taskforce. She is the Family Liaison for the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Committee on Hospital Care and a Parent Family Partner for New York State Perinatal Quality Collaborative
