Meghan Beal

Meghan Beal is the director of I.G.N.I.T.E., a National Sheriffs' Association initiative working to reduce recidivism, decrease violence, and improve outcomes for incarcerated individuals and the communities they return to. In this role, she leads all aspects of the program's growth and operations — from managing grant funding and compliance to cultivating partnerships with sheriffs' offices, community organizations, and national sponsors. She regularly presents to law enforcement executives, government officials, and community leaders to advance evidence-based approaches to criminal justice reform.
