Danton Char is a bioethicist and practicing pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist who holds professorial appointments in Stanford’s Department of Anesthesia and the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics. He co-authored one of the first and most widely cited articles anticipating that ethical challenges would occur in introducing AI-HC tools and one of the most widely cited frameworks for examining these ethical challenges.
