SENIOR SCIENTIST, THE QUEEN'S HEALTH SYSTEMS

Connie Mah Trinacty is Senior Scientist at The Queen's Health Systems, where she leads research initiatives focused on chronic disease management, healthcare innovation, implementation science, and population health improvement across Hawaiʻi and beyond.  Dr. Trinacty’s research examines how healthcare system design, policy, and culturally responsive care models influence chronic disease outcomes, particularly for hard-to-reach, high-risk populations. Prior to joining Queen’s, Dr. Trinacty held research and faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, and Kaiser Permanente Hawaii.
