Global innovation increasingly depends on firms accessing talent across borders, whether through skilled immigration to hubs like Silicon Valley or multinational firms operating research centers worldwide. Rising restrictions on immigration and multinational activity now threaten this system. Professor Kleinman will work with international organizations to better understand the impact of these restrictions and inform policies that promote global innovation.
