Aditi Durgapal is a research specialist focused on the design, implementation, and evaluation of development interventions that promote positive change in communities. She is currently Research Manager at the Myna Mahila Foundation in Mumbai, where she leads the implementation of a large-scale randomized controlled trial (RCT) reaching over 5,000 women as part of the Evaluating AI for Women's Sexual and Reproductive Health research project. Her work spans the end-to-end design and execution of the RCT, including chatbot-based interventions, and telehealth, alongside the recruitment, training, and supervision of field staff conducting household outreach and surveys across Mumbai's slum-redeveloped communities.
